Google has added lots of great templates to the Google Documents suit. It has some pretty cool slideshow, database, and document templates. Especially interesting to our patrons may be the resume templates.
I agree, those resume templates could be very helpful to patrons. That'll free ref. up to do other work that it needs to get done, instead of having to sit with patrons and show them exactly how to desgn their own resume.
