Google Applications

Sarah introduced me to the Google Documents application when I started doing ILL's on Thursdays. Since then, I've created one of my own, added the notepad application, and now have a private Google calendar to keep track of what's going on in the world of Michelle. It's very helpful to have all of these kept in one place online, and available to access anywhere. It looks like there is plenty of other applications for me to play with in the future, too.

Since this is related to my original post...

I tried out a few of the applications in Google Labs. The ones I found most interesting were the map of Mars and the webpage creator. I've always thought about starting my own webpage (not sure what the topic would be, though) and their application seems to be easy enough to follow along with. I wanted to try the "Ride Finder" application, but it gave me an error message.

My mom downloaded Google Earth to our computer a few months ago. I've tried it a few times, but must admit that I don't care much for it. I find it confusing to use... but maybe I just need to play with it more.
